Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading files, or purchasing services from MajorLabelMix ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services & Turnaround

We provide professional mixing and mastering services. Turnaround times (e.g., 48 hours, 72 hours) are estimates based on business days and current workload. While we strive to meet these targets, they are not guaranteed.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment: Full payment is required to initiate a session or download final masters, depending on the selected plan.

Refunds: Due to the subjective nature of art and the labor involved, all sales are final once the mixing process has begun. If you are unsatisfied, we will utilize the included revisions to rectify the issue.

4. Revisions

• 2-Track Plan: Includes 2 rounds of revisions.
• 4-Track Plan: Includes 2 rounds of revisions.
• Full Stem Plan: Includes 2 rounds of revisions.

Scope: Revisions cover mix adjustments (levels, EQ, effects). They do not cover new production, arrangement changes, or re-recording. Additional revisions beyond the plan limit are not guaranteed and will incur a separate fee.

5. File Storage & Archiving

MajorLabelMix is not a cloud storage provider. We retain your session files for 30 days after project completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted to free up server space. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups.

6. Ownership & Copyright

Upon full payment, you (the Artist/Client) retain 100% ownership of the master recording. MajorLabelMix claims no royalties or backend points unless explicitly negotiated in a separate written agreement. We reserve the right to use short audio excerpts for our portfolio (e.g., "Before/After" players) as well as promotional material on social media accounts.

7. Prohibited Content

We refuse to mix content that contains hate speech, credible threats of violence, or illegal material. We reserve the right to cancel such orders and ban users violating this policy.

8. Privacy & Data Use

MajorLabelMix does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever. The data we collect (such as your name, email address, and uploaded audio files) is used solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may share limited data with trusted third-party processors (e.g., payment providers, cloud infrastructure) strictly to fulfill our services, and only under agreements that prohibit them from using your data for any other purpose.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Audio files are automatically deleted 30 days after project completion as described in Section 5.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MajorLabelMix be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising out of the use of our services.
